Tim, Owner

I grew up in Hartland, WI, and graduated from Hartland Arrowhead High School. I attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Most of my career has been spent working with small businesses in accounting and finance. My first job was in purchasing for a food manufacturer, where I eventually became the company’s Controller. Just prior to Y2K I moved to a large regional accounting firm and spent the next 11 years as a small business consultant.

After a quick attempt at being a Financial Planner, I was fortunate to gain a great deal of knowledge about the law enforcement industry and our criminal justice system when I became the Director of Finance for Wisconsin Lock and Load Prisoner Transports. It was during my time at Wisconsin Lock and Load that I helped start ADL Monitoring Solutions, LLC.

I am extremely proud of the company we have been able to build. I believe that we have a positive impact on the communities we serve in Northeast Wisconsin, but just as important, I know we have helped many of our clients move to a more positive place in their lives.

My personal interests include pretty much anything sports-related, but I especially love coaching baseball and being around water. My true “Happy Place” is being in the mountains, preferably downhill skiing with my son. I also enjoy making work for myself around my house, helping out my friends, and of course… I love the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers.

I suggest reading the Seven Habits of Highly Successful People by Steven Covey, and believe Your Best Investment is Always in Yourself!
